The Board of Directors at First Bank & Trust Co. is pleased to announce the addition of Reagan Millsap to their staff as Vice President Commercial Loan Officer.

Reagan joins us with fifteen years of experience in the financial industry and offices at the Norman 36th Ave. banking center.
Originally from California, Reagan relocated to Oklahoma in 2004 to attend the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, he later completed his MBA through Western Governors University.
Reagan has built an accomplished career in the financial industry, serving in Business Lending, Mortgage Lending, and Wealth Management Lending. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his leadership, dedication, and exceptional client service, earning honors including the Business Relations Manager (BRM) of the Year Award, the Annual Mentorship Award, the Most Significant Business Partner Award, and the Client's Choice Award.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Reagan is passionate about giving back to the community. He has long supported the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and remains committed to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. Reagan currently resides in the metro area with his wife and daughter.
