A native of Healdton, OK, Melissa began her journey into the financial industry in 2003. Over her twenty-three years of experience at First Bank & Trust Co., she has become a tremendous asset and is highly respected by her peers for her dedication to our customers, communities, and organization. We are confident she will continue to demonstrate forward-thinking leadership while upholding the highest level of Service Excellence.

Melissa has a longstanding dedication to community involvement. She is an active Board Member for Healdton Chamber of Commerce and Southern Oklahoma Library System, as well as a Co-Coordinator for the Healdton Oilfield Days Old Timer’s Breakfast Event. She is also a volunteer for the First Bank & Trust Co. Firstar Savers program, proudly providing financial education to the students at Healdton Elementary School. In 2017, Melissa was awarded Citizen of the Year by the Healdton Chamber of Commerce. In 2025, she was presented with the Making a Difference award, a First Bank & Trust Co. honor dedicated to those who make a significant contribution to their community, serving as role models for compassion, service, and helping others.

“I am excited to continue assisting my customers with their financial needs,” said Melissa. “My customers are not really customers, they are family! I also love to represent the bank in all of our community events.”

Melissa resides in Healdton, OK with her spouse of thirty-eight years, Lee Hudson. Here, they raised their four children, Haylee, Shelby, Katelynn, and Jonathan. She enjoys spending time with her six wonderful grandkids and her church family. You can often find her at a pig show, football field, softball field, or rodeo arena cheering them on.
