Having been raised in the Ardmore area, Chris graduated from Dickson High School before attending the University of Oklahoma. After starting a family while in the metro area, Chris and his wife, Melanie, moved back to their hometown community of Ardmore to raise their two children, Eyan and Ella. Chris started his first banking job in 2003, while still in high school. Over the years, he has developed his knowledge by working in many avenues of the financial industry. Chris has had the privilege of gaining insight into Leadership, as well, by graduating from Leadership Norman, Leadership Moore, and the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce Greater Ardmore Leadership Program. Chris also values community involvement. He is a School Board Member for Dickson Public Schools, serves on the Allocation Committee for United Way of South Central Oklahoma, is an Ambassador for the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member for Greater Leadership Ardmore, serves on the Fundraising Committee for Ardmore Main Street Authority, is a committee volunteer for the Ardmore Walk hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association, and, most recently, assists on the Michelin Task Force as a community partner.

When asked what he is most excited for with his position, Chris stated “I’m excited about the opportunity to meet and build relationships with our current and new customers to help them achieve their financial goals.”
