A native of the Oklahoma metro area, Brad earned his Bachelor’s in Strategic & Organizational Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma. During his career in finance, Brad held various roles in the industry, including Personal Banker, Branch Manager, and Corporate Trainer.

Brad brings six years of banking experience to this new officer role, spending the last three years serving as Corporate Trainer here at First Bank & Trust Co. During this time, he worked with the Corporate Training Officer to create and implement a new Training Department for the bank, increasing internal knowledge of products and services and instilling cultural expectations. He plays a key role in onboarding new employees, developing training materials, and supporting a culture of learning across the organization. Brad’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to helping others grow have made a lasting impact, and we are confident he will continue to thrive in this new leadership position.

Brad has a longstanding dedication to community involvement. He volunteers thirty hours a year with the St. Luke’s Community Market and is an active support member for the First Bank & Trust Co. Student Board of Directors. His professional accomplishments include being listed in NextGen’s 30 Under 30 in 2020, receiving the FBTC Making a Difference service award in 2023, and the FBTC Leadership MVP award in 2024. Brad resides in Edmond, OK with his wife Megan and daughter Julia.
